David Laity

Selected Biography

• 1958 Born in Wangaratta, Victoria
• 1963 Educated in Benalla, Victoria. Completes motor mechanics apprenticeship.
• Abandons mechanics to take up cartooning producing the daily comic strip 'Rat Race' as well as full colour cartoons published in Australia and overseas.
• 1993 Marries Regina. Takes up oil painting.
