Congratulations to Bettina Willner whose work Tangled and Twisted has been selected as a finalist in the Darebin Art Prize. As the artist wrote in her statement, Tangled and Twisted are from a series of works made during Lockdown. A time when we were not able to travel further than a 5 km radius. Photos that I took as part of my process helped me transport a vivid recollection of the inner peace and inspiration I experienced walking along the coast in the Wilsons Promontory region.’

The exhibition is on view at the Bundoora Homestead Arts Centre until the 12th of March 2022.

Bettina Willner’s work will be included in our forthcoming Lennox St. Gallery Summer Exhibition from the 11th until the 29th of January 2022, followed by her solo exhibition at  Lennox St. Gallery from the 1st until the 26th of February 2022. E-mail us for further information about Bettina Willner.
